The ground rules for using Word Royal. Please read them — using the game means you agree to them.
Word Royal is operated by Erawest Enterprises (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the site at wordroyal.com and the game at play.wordroyal.com (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Word Royal is a set of four daily word games that share one path to a daily “crown.” Puzzles refresh once per day. We offer the Service free of charge and may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Word Royal is meant to be played honestly. You agree not to:
We may reset scores or streaks, remove leaderboard standings, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair play, at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt or overload it, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to copy, scrape, or redistribute its content except as expressly allowed.
The Service — including the games, puzzles, text, design, logos, and the Word Royal name — is owned by Erawest Enterprises and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may share your daily result graphics; everything else stays ours.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that puzzles will always be flawless.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erawest Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
